Fort Campbell, KY – Fort Campbell’s Retiree Appreciation Day is open to retirees from all branches of service and their spouses. It will be held this year on Saturday, May 18th, 2019 at the Soldier Support Center, 2702 Michigan Avenue.
Retiree Appreciation Day begins at 10:00am, with an 11:00am opening ceremony during which Theodore Faulkner, Personnel Processing Branch chief, Retirement Services officer and event organizer, will provide an update of retiree benefits.
The guest speaker will be U.S. Rep. Mark E. Green, who represents Tennessee’s seventh congressional district that includes Clarksville Tennessee.
Fort Campbell, KY – On Saturday, September 22nd, 2018 Fort Campbell will hold the annual Retiree Appreciation Day beginning at 8:00am.
This event is free to enter and open to all retirees and their Families. The Retiree Appreciation Day will be held at the Soldier Support Center located at 2702 Michigan Avenue, Fort Campbell, KY.
Retirees are an important part of the Fort Campbell community, as such the installation’s Retirement and Separation Services will host an annual appreciation day specifically designed to benefit retirees and their Families.
Fort Campbell, KY – On Saturday, September 30th, 2017, Fort Campbell’s Retirement Services Office will host its annual Retiree Appreciation Day at the Soldier Support Center beginning at 8:00am.
There will be an opening ceremony at 9:00am featuring Congressman Marsha Blackburn. After the opening ceremony, Blanchfield Army Community Hospital will begin its annual health fair. Retirees can receive basic health screenings as well as immunizations for influenza, pneumonia and shingles.
Unlike previous years, the opening ceremony is the only event with a scheduled time.
Fort Campbell’s BACH to offer immunizations and health information at Retiree Appreciation Day event
Fort Campbell, KY – Eligible retirees and their family members with a valid DoD ID card will have an opportunity to receive three immunizations during Fort Campbell’s Soldiers and Families for Life Appreciation Week’s final day, September 24th, culminating the week-long activities.
Blanchfield Army Community Hospital’s medical team will be available at the Soldier Support Center from 1:00pm to 5:00pm to talk one-on-one about health promotion opportunities with retirees and their family members as well as provide the shingles, pneumonia, and influenza vaccines.
Fort Campbell, KY – In honor of the contributions and sacrifices made by military Retirees, Veterans, survivors and their Families, the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) and Fort Campbell will host a Soldiers and Families for Life Appreciation Week September 21st-24th.
The week-long event will be held at various locations on the installation and will include an assortment of activities including a two-day job fair, Retiree appreciation day, benefits fair, golf tournament and street fair.
Blanchfield Army Community Hospital to offer vaccines and screenings during Fort Campbell’s Retiree Appreciation Day
Fort Campbell, KY – Blanchfield Army Community Hospital’s primary care team is organizing opportunities for retirees within the community to participate in the annual health fair offered as part of Fort Campbell Retiree Appreciation Day September 27th from 8:00am to 2:00pm.
The health fair will be located in hospital’s “C” entrance off Bastogne Avenue and the Retiree Fair will be at Cole Park Commons.
Fort Campbell, KY – The Retiree Appreciation Day scheduled for October 5th, at the Fort Campbell Passenger Processing Center is unfortunately cancelled due to the government shutdown and furlough of employees.
“After reviewing what services would be available, it just would not be worth the time it takes many of our retirees to drive here, particularly when some drive from as far as 200 miles away,” said Garrison Commander COL David “Buck” Dellinger. “From what we have to offer at this time, I’m afraid they would be severely disappointed.”
Fort Campbell – The Fort Campbell Retirement Services Office plans to hold a Retiree Appreciation Day Oct. 24 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Passenger Processing Center (Building 7162, Campbell Army Airfield). Registration begins at 7 a.m.
This event is designed to provide information and updates regarding Retiree benefits and to thank Retirees for their service to the nation. Representatives from more than 20 organizations that support Retirees will be available for one-on-one assistance. Additionally, all military Retirees attending will receive a special Retiree Commendation Package upon registration. Refreshments will be provided.
Retirees with military identification cards or a post decal may enter post at any gate. Visitors to the installation with neither must obtain a one-day pass at Gate 4. Valid driver license, registration and proof
