Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department (CPD) is assisting the Tennessee Highway Patrol after a vehicle left the roadway near mile marker 9.6 on I-24 Westbound and entered the river. The roadway is currently shut down, and traffic is being diverted at Exit 11.
The status of the motorist is unknown at this time. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes until the roadway can be cleared and reopened.
