Instant Peay Play: APSU Softball’s Danielle Liermann could be having best season in program’s history
Liermann, a junior from Simi Valley, CA, is batting .410 this season for the Govs (26-11, 8-2 OVC), after the April 8th sweep of fellow Ohio Valley Conference member Tennessee Martin, with eight doubles, 15 home runs and 44 RBIs.

Instant Peay Play: Historic start has APSU Softball in position to end post-season drought

Instant Peay Play: APSU Softball’s Danielle Liermann continues to be one of OVC’s best hitters
Liermann, who plays third base for the Govs, was named All-Ohio Valley Conference First-Team, OVC Freshman of the Year and to the All-OVC Newcomers Team last year after batting .361, with nine doubles and seven home runs among her 57 hits, while also collects 36 RBIs.
