Roxy Regional School of the Arts Registration Ends This Saturday

 

Clarskville's Roxy Regional TheatreClarksville, TN – For the past couple of months, the Roxy Regional Theatre has been anxious to start working with the budding young performers and adults in our community enrolled in our School of the Arts … and we are thrilled to say that the wait is nearly over! A few slots still remain for those interested in honing their craft or discovering a new passion, but time is running out.

Registration for the Spring 2021 session of the Roxy Regional School of the Arts ends this Saturday, February 27th.

Roxy Regional School of the Arts’ Spring Session Postponed

 

Clarskville's Roxy Regional TheatreClarksville, TN – The Roxy Regional Theatre is anxious to start working with the budding young performers and adults in our community who are interested in honing their craft or discovering a new passion through our School of the Arts educational programming.  However, as with most plans over this past year, this remains a fluid situation.

The Roxy will once again be POSTPONING the start of the Spring 2021 session of the Roxy Regional School of the Arts to the first week of March.

Roxy Regional School of the Arts Registration Now Open for Spring 2021

 

Clarskville's Roxy Regional TheatreClarksville, TN – As you look ahead to the new year (and, honestly, aren’t we all?), we hope you or the budding young performer in your life will keep in mind our slate of offerings for youth and adults interested in honing their craft or discovering a new passion.

Registration is now open for the Spring 2021 session of the Roxy Regional School of the Arts.

Since 1995, the Roxy Regional Theatre has been introducing youth to the experience of live theatre and expanding their knowledge of the craft through the School of the Arts.

Clarksville’s Roxy Regional Theatre, Charlie Cushman honored with “Tennessee Music Pathways” Markers

 

Visit Clarksville TennesseeClarksville, TN – The Tennessee Department of Tourist Development and Visit Clarksville honored the Roxy Regional Theatre and Grammy award winning banjoist Charlie Cushman in his hometown with the unveiling of “Tennessee Music Pathways” markers.

Local and state leaders, Roxy supporters and the Cushman family gathered in two ceremonies to mark the special commemorations on Thursday, November 19th, 2020.

We are now offering open enrollment in our Roxy Regional School of the Arts for the month of November to fill a limited number of remaining slots. So for those of you interested in honing your craft or discovering a new passion, don’t miss this chance!

Please note that the semester is already in progress, and these classes will begin the week of November 2nd, 2020.

Roxy Regional Theatre performs Disney’s “Alice In Wonderland, Jr.” presented by Legends Bank, May 17th – June 8th

 

Clarskville's Roxy Regional TheatreClarksville, TN – Travel down the rabbit hole at the Roxy Regional Theatre this month and join Lewis Carroll’s beloved literary heroine in her madcap adventures at the corner of Franklin Street and First Street in Historic Downtown Clarksville.

Legends Bank presents the beloved award-winning musical Disney’s “Alice In Wonderland, Jr.” at the Roxy Regional Theatre, May 17th through June 8th.

Performed by sixty-one local youth, ages 10 to 18, from the Roxy Regional School of the Arts, this fast-paced take on the classic tale was adapted by David Simpatico from the 1951 Disney film and the novels by Lewis Carroll.

Roxy Regional School of the Arts now Enrolling for Fall Session that begins on Saturday, September 10th

 

Clarskville's Roxy Regional TheatreClarksville, TN – Calling all aspiring young thespians! Pre-registration is now open for the Roxy Regional Theatre’s School of the Arts.

Since 1995, the Roxy Regional Theatre has been introducing youth ages 10 to 18 to the experience of live theatre and expanding their knowledge of the craft through the School of the Arts, which has brought such productions to the main-stage as “Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr.”, “Aladdin Jr.”, “101 Dalmatians Kids”, “The Jungle Book Jr.” and this season’s “Shrek The Musical Jr”.
