Clarksville, TN – With warm weather increasing use of the Clarksville Greenway, the Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department is asking visitors to respect parking guidelines while enjoying the outdoors.
Parking at Pollard Road Trailhead is limited and parking on the roadway is not permitted. Vehicles parked on the roadway obstruct traffic and could delay emergency or medical personnel response time and prevent nearby property owners from moving farm equipment.
Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department is gearing up for spring adult softball with leagues open to men and women ages 18 and older.
League play takes place at Heritage Park Softball Complex, 1241 Peachers Mill Road. Games will be weekly and include the following leagues: Men’s, True Co-Ed (equal men and women), Men’s 45 & over, Co-Ed (at least two women) and Women’s.
To ensure your team gets a spot in the league, a team registration fee of $100.00 is due by February 14th.
Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department has turned off water service on Amanda Drive and have also closed the road from Peachers Mill Road to Courtney Drive to repair a water main leak.
Low water pressure may also affect the area.

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Transit System (CTS) Spooky Special is back for another Spooky Tour.
The Halloween-adorned bus will run the streets of Clarksville, offering free rides on Thursday, October 31st, 2019.
The Spooky Special, or Spooky Bus as some call it, is a Clarksville Transit System Halloween tradition that started 28 years ago to help residents get acquainted with the transportation service and to thank consistent passengers.
Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department has planned a water outage on Monday, October 28th, at 10:00pm on a section of Tiny Town Road between Clearwater Drive and Tara Boulevard for water valve installation work.
The work will take place near the Tiny Town Road and Peachers Mill Road intersection and will only affect the north side of Tiny Town Road.
Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department reports that runaway juvenile Audrey Stout has been located and is safe and unharmed.
She had left school Thursday, September 27th, 2019, which is off of Peacher’s Mill Road, and never returned home.
Clarksville Police wants to give thanks to all for helping us get the word out.
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are trying to locate Audrey Stout, age 15, white/female with brown hair and brown eyes. Stout is 5’4″ height and 130lbs. She was last seen wearing black overalls, white long sleeve shirt with purple and black stripes on the sleeves, black converse sneakers, and a maroon hoodie.
She left school, which is off of Peacher’s Mill Road, today, Thursday, September 26th, 2019 and never returned home.
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are processing a crime scene near 101st Airborne Division Parkway at the intersection of Peachers Mill Road and McClardy Road.
Based on information provided by witnesses, around 3:30pm, a white Dodge Charger with two men inside, was traveling south on Peachers Mill Road when a male inside of another white Dodge Charger, 2000s model, also traveling south started shooting at the two men.
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police say that on Wednesday, July 31st, 2019, around 8:47pm, in the area of Tiny Town Road around Peachers Mill Road (in front of Hardee’s), a 47 year old female from Clarksville was attempting to cross Tiny Town Road.
She was struck in the roadway by a white Dodge Durango driven by a 32 year woman. The Dodge Durango was traveling east at the time of the crash.
